This page explains what information BuildCalls collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this short on purpose — this site collects very little, and we'd rather you actually read it than skip past a wall of legal text.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you choose to give us through the "Book My Free Demo" form on this site:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your business name and specialty
• Whatever you write in the "What would you like it to do?" field

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site. We don't collect anything about you just by you browsing the page.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to contact you about the free website preview or demo you requested, and to build that preview. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to a marketing list without your say-so.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us through FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service that relays your submission to our inbox. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else. FormSubmit's own privacy policy governs how that transmission is handled on their end.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, for as long as we're providing your website and hosting. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see below.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes — for example, if we add analytics or an ads pixel down the line — we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
