BuildCalls

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These are the terms for working with BuildCalls. They match what's already on our pricing page — nothing here is meant to surprise you.

What's included

Every plan includes a custom one-page site, mobile-first design, tap-to-call functionality, a quote request form, a services section, a project gallery, a reviews section, a service area section, domain connection, and basic on-page SEO setup.

Every month includes website hosting, an SSL certificate, backups, software maintenance, and up to two small content or photo changes.

New pages, major copywriting, redesigns, and additional functionality beyond that are quoted separately.

Payment

You pay a one-time setup fee and a monthly hosting/maintenance fee. Exact pricing is quoted directly after your demo, based on your business and what you need.

Cancellation

There's no long-term contract. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time, with no penalty. If you cancel, we'll export your site files to you.

Ownership

Once your setup payment is complete, the finished site files and every photo you sent us belong to you outright.

The free preview

Your free website preview costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You only pay if you decide to move forward.

What we need from you

To build your site, we need accurate information about your business, services, service area, and contact details, along with photos you have the right to use. You're responsible for making sure the content you give us (business claims, licensing info, testimonials, photos) is accurate and that you have the rights to use it.

Limitation of liability

We build and host your website, but we can't guarantee specific business results (calls, leads, or sales) — those depend on factors outside the website itself. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the service.

Needs a decision before this goes live: which jurisdiction's laws govern this agreement (e.g. British Columbia, Canada, given your business number). A lawyer should confirm the liability section above is adequate for your situation — this is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
